By accessing or using the capital matching services provided by CapitalBridge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our funding platform. These terms apply to all operators, real estate agents, and investors who use the Service. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time to reflect changes in financial regulations or funding structures.

CapitalBridge facilitates access to funding between $30K and $5M for real estate deals. Eligibility is contingent upon consistent deal flow and a verified monthly revenue of $15,000 or more. All evaluation fees are processed through secure, industry-standard payment gateways. Funding structures are flexible and subject to specific deal evaluation. Users are responsible for providing accurate and current financial data during the qualification process.

Our evaluation process prioritizes speed and precision for active operators. Cancellations of consultation requests must be made 24 hours in advance. While we aim for fast approvals, final funding is subject to a comprehensive review of the operator's track record and deal viability. Digital resources, proprietary evaluation models, or downloadable reports are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.

Operators are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information regarding your real estate deals and revenue. Any use of the platform for fraudulent purposes or the submission of misleading deal flow data is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access.
